This Trompe l’Oeil I painted for upcoming International Salon 2022 in Bergen, Norway. It’s time to roll and pack my paintings and my brushes! Salon will be open for public in May 19- 22, 2022. It will be held at Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, Bergen. Looking forward to reunite with my Salon friends and wonderful artists from all over the world!

Beginning of a new Trompe l’Oeil. The International Salon in Bergen, Norway is coming soon! So I am still adding finishing touches for my exhibition painting but also started a demonstration painting which I will be painting live during Salon 2022 Norway from May 19th till 22.

Steps of progress of that painting in the blog below. Every time when I start any painting or a portrait I have some idea of colors and composition but not all 100%. During painting process I might change colors and some elements of composition. Like in the case of that portrait. The idea to add a menu in the window came to me at the end of me painting that portrait.

Getting ready for Salon Norway 2022. Live Demonstrations at Salon shows.
At every Salon art shows where I participated, I exhibited one or 2 of my paintings plus also during 4 days of the show I painted live , as all other participants of International Salons do. In that image which I am posting here I combined a few of my live demonstrations in different cities and countries: On the image above- some of my live demonstrations from Salons in USA, France, Netherlands, Japan and Italy. I’ve been working on exhibition painting, and also it is time to think what I will demonstrate. Should it be Trompe l’Oeil, portrait or something else? International Salon Norway 2022 is coming soon!
