Master class in April.

Such an honor. I was asked to teach a master class at International Salon 2021 this April in St.Louise USA. The theme of that class is “Allegories in mural paintings. Demonstration of detail from “Allegory Painting” using a limited color palette for flesh tones. Methods how to adapt family portraits to be featured as Allegories in murals based on paintings by Boucher and Fragonard. I will also talk about steps of my method how I would adapt a client’s photo as allegory in the painting or murals. On the photo – detail of my painting with Trompe l’Oeil frame. Cherubs inspired by (not exact copy) of one of the painting by François Boucher.

There are will be more free master classes by masters from different countries. Email me if you have questions at inspire2me@gmail.com or visit Salon 2021 website for more information –>

Whimsical mural at Sarasota restaurant. Square 1.

I painted that mural in whimsical style as the owner of the restaurant loved whimsical and fun style of painting. That restaurant Square 1 was located in Sarasota Florida and it’s specialty were high quality burgers. That gave me me an idea for that painting – a fun lunch of two girlfriend with the view to Sarasota bridge. Commission – from a few years ago.

Lake Como and Trompe l’Oeil vase – Mural commission for dining room.

A few years ago – in my studio. That was commission for the dining room niche in a private residence. I painted that mural on canvas in my studio. My composition for that painting was inspired by several photos from Lake Como and my imagination . I painted fruit bowl to add Trompe l’Oeil illusion “looking out of the window” when that canvas is installed. For commissions or questions please email to inspire2me@gmail.com
