We just celebrated 39th Anniversary of Bella’s Italian Cafe! Our favorite Italian restaurant in Tampa. And one of our toasts was to Bill Shumate – cofounder of that restaurant. On the photo- portrait at restaurant Bella’s in Tampa Florida.
People who work at that restaurant said that his eyes on that portrait follow them when they walk by. Visit Bella’s restaurant in Tampa to see it for yourself. It’s a great restaurant for lunches and dinners. You will love it!
